New Builds
Khao Raa Construction undertake new housebuilding projects. We can make the process of building a new home on Koh Phangan as straightforward as possible.
We shall help you with every stage of the build process, from concept design to planning permission and water and electric connection through to completion. Our team have extensive experience building villas and smaller houses on Koh Phangan and combine local knowledge with a particular attention to a high quality finish.
Swimming Pools
Khao Raa construction build swimming pools according to our clients designs. We have experience with all shapes and sizes of Swimming Pools and are familiar with working around difficult gradients and terrain.
K.R.C have experience in the licensing and electrical connection of swimming pools also. We can make the process of building a new swimming pool as painless as possible.
Resort/Home Maintenance
K.R.C can undertake resort or home maintenance jobs. What ever the size of the job we will be happy to have a look and provide a free estimate.
Our 250m2 allows us to prefabricate metal and make any wooden fittings or furniture our clients may require.
Our team have extensive experience working on resorts and are familiar with any area that our client may wish to address.
Shop Fits
Khao Raa Construction are experienced in Shop fitting and preparing business premises. Our clients can work closely with a 3D designer to realise any design concepts they might require.
Our design and build process is unique on the island and really allows our clients complete control over the project.
Our large and well equipped workshop allows for the creation of any custom items, such as cabinets and shop counters that might be required.
Furniture and Metal Work
KRC can create bespoke furniture and fittings according to our clients wishes.
We employ expert carpenters and own an extensively equipped 250m2 workshop. We also employ an excellent 3d designer that can communicate with our clients to design precisely the objects they would like and then to build them precisely to order.
Whether the requirement might be for interior or exterior furniture, a fitted kitchen or a bedroom wardrobe. We are willing and eager to help.
Infrastructure
K.R.C build private roads and driveways.
We can also arrange for deep water wells to be dug on private properties and for electricity supply to be extended from the Government supply.
The licensing process for such services can be quite lengthy and difficult to navigate. Khao Raa constructions local knowledge will make things as quick and easy as is possible.
3D Imaging/Concept design
KRC employs an experienced 3D designer who works closely with our client to realise their vision. We can offer a range of concept design, for a new Villa as an example for our clients to choose from.
These initial concepts can then be expanded to create a detailed and precise model for our building team to replicate.
